Yummy Chummies Treats and Salmon Oil are brought to you by Arctic Paws LLC, a family-owned company. Since 1998, Brett and Kelly Gibson have operated their own production plant in Anchorage, Alaska – home base for the famous Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. The first batches of Yummy Chummies were actually created in their kitchen.
The Gibsons' inspiration for developing Yummy Chummies was grounded in the knowledge that dogs GO WILD for the great taste of salmon and that salmon is a very healthy food source. They were also motivated by environmental principles, since their special production process ensures full utilization of wild Alaska salmon – an abundant, renewable and sustainable resource.
Today, Arctic Paws is the largest producer of wild Alaska salmon products for dogs. Their production facility occupies a 12,000 square foot building on two acres and provides nine full-time jobs. But every Yummy Chummies product still begins with your dog's health and well-being in mind, so both of you can experience the joy of GOING WILD!
